Complete Working Process
- Bag Feeding: Premade pouches are loaded into the bag magazine and picked up individually by vacuum suction cups; a servo gripper transports each pouch precisely to every station.
- Date Coding & Zipper Opening: A hot stamp, inkjet or laser printer applies batch number and expiry date, while grippers and suction cups open both the pouch body and the zipper track.
- Capsule Counting & Filling: The multi-channel electronic counting head uses photoelectric sensors to count the exact quantity and drops capsules through a dust-free chute directly into the opened pouch.
- Settling & Sealing: Optional bottom vibration settles capsules below the seal zone; heavy-duty heat sealing bars with independent temperature and pressure control close the pouch, with optional nitrogen flushing before the final seal.
- Discharge: Finished Doypack pouches are discharged onto the output conveyor for downstream metal detection, checkweighing and case packing.
